This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Sales Development Representative based in Switzerland.

As a Sr. Sales Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in building and expanding a high-value enterprise sales pipeline within a fast-growing SaaS environment. You will engage prospective customers through strategic outreach, qualify business opportunities, and collaborate closely with experienced sales professionals to accelerate revenue growth. This role offers significant exposure to enterprise sales conversations, providing opportunities to participate in—and eventually lead—customer presentations as your expertise grows. Working in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment, you will leverage modern sales technologies and AI-powered tools to optimize prospecting, streamline workflows, and continuously develop your sales career.

Accountabilities

  • Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers to generate qualified enterprise sales opportunities.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through multiple communication channels while managing and qualifying inbound leads.
  • Hold discovery conversations to understand customer needs, challenges, and business objectives.
  • Schedule qualified meetings and build a strong sales pipeline for the Enterprise Sales team.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and cross-functional teams to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline performance.
  • Participate in live customer meetings alongside Enterprise Sales colleagues, progressively taking ownership of customer presentations and sales pitches.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools and automation technologies to enhance account research, personalize outreach, and improve productivity.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, pipeline updates, and activity tracking within Salesforce and other sales platforms.
  • Consistently achieve individual and team targets for outreach activity, qualified meetings, pipeline generation, and revenue contribution.
  • Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
    • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in outbound prospecting, lead generation, and qualifying sales opportunities within SaaS, technology, or enterprise sales environments.
    • Experience supporting both mid-market and enterprise sales pipelines.
    • Proficiency using Salesforce or other CRM platforms for lead management and sales tracking.
    • Strong interest in technology with the ability to quickly adopt new tools, including AI solutions that improve sales efficiency.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence engaging senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
    • Strong consultative selling, relationship-building, and active listening skills.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment while adapting quickly to changing priorities.
    • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn, receive feedback, and continuously improve.
