We’re looking for an experienced Principal DevSecOps Engineer to support our customer and join our passionate team of high-impact problem solvers. This is a unique opportunity to help build and shape a game-changing organization where we put our customers and people first.

About the role:

You will be part of a focused 9-person team building a green field project. The project will be built for CFPB. The mission of CFPB is to look out for US consumers. The project will be built entirely in the open source. Your role in the team will be to build the infrastructure and the platform on which the application and the data will be collected. You will be the sole person in the team responsible for ensuring that the Kubernetes clusters are always up and running on dev, staging, prod and the data is resilient. Experience in running things like Kafka and leveraging automation like Terraform and Terragrunt is needed

What we are looking for:

• Experience with AWS EKS, Kubernetes, Golang operators, CVE Scanning, Infrastructure as Code, and Configuration as Code

Highly preferred:

• AWS EKS experience and automation such that there is no downtime to services. Always be improving attitude 

Clearance Requirements:

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust
• US Citizenship Required
