The opportunity
We’re looking for a full time Principal Engineer to work in our Engineering Practice. If you love complex technical problems, are motivated by coaching engineers, and bring your own experience building systems, then this opportunity is for you!
You will own the architectural and strategy practices that are used to rapidly scale the way we bring employee data into our platform with integrations to external systems. This role is a key to enabling us to scale our customer and user base.
You will have the support of a group of highly experienced technical leaders who are already leveraging areas such as serverless, event sourcing and distributed event-driven microservices to evolve our overall technical architecture.
What you'll bring to Culture Amp
- Good understanding of the systems architecture and design
- Knowledge of cloud services, bonus for AWS

- Experience working with distributed microservice-based architecture
