If so, we invite you to apply for this highly visible director level role in the IT organization reporting to the leader of Schwab's Enterprise Architecture Practices team. The Practices team is responsible for developing, enhancing, and implementing Schwab's enterprise architecture operating model and related processes. You will also work with peer practice experts and related teams to develop the processes and tools aimed at the digital transformation of EA @Schwab.

Other activities you will be involved with include:

• Influencing business and technology strategy via effective use of enterprise architecture
• Partnering with process and organizational change management experts to implement enterprise architecture and business architecture
• Establishing value measures for the practice of EA
• Collaborating with peers and business line architects to implement and leverage EA tools
• Consulting with business and technology experts on best practices
• Holding meetings, researching, and defining processes, analyzing, and presenting concepts and performing related tasks

What you have

• Minimum of 10 years of enterprise architecture practical experience
• Deep background in Business or Application EA domains
• Practical experience with implementing enterprise architecture processes leveraging industry frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, BizBok, etc.)
• Practical experience developing and maintaining architecture models and artifacts (e.g., reference architectures, design patterns, conceptual diagrams, etc.) based on common modeling notation and techniques (e.g., Archimate)
• Practical experience implementing EA tools (Planview preferred)
• Certification in Enterprise Architecture (e.g., TOGAF, BizBok, BPM Institute, etc.)
• Collaboration and building consensus
• Issue/Conflict resolution
• Communications, both verbal (e.g., presentations, brown bags, etc.), and written (e.g., reports, articles, procedures, etc.)
• Group session facilitation
• Systems Analysis and Design
• Modeling and graphical representation and abstractions using EA tools
• Configuring and Implementing 3rd party software products to support digital EA
