The Office AI team is looking for an entrepreneurial Principal Group Product Manager to help innovate and deliver at an accelerated pace new Conversational Copilot Experiences in the suite of Copilot products. In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams of product managers, engineers, designers, ML s cientists and researchers to build these experiences and shape underlying AI skills in support of these experiences .

Qualifications:

Required/Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years people management experience.
  • Experience building 0-1 products, platform/ecosystem, or marketplaces
  • 2+ years in AI focused applications
Additional or Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in startups or a consumer-focused technology company
  • 8+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering, design and user research
  • Experience presenting to senior executives & driving projects across multiple teams
Product Management M6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $158,500 - $276,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $202,800 - $304,200 per year.
