Position title: Principal iOS Engineer

2 Apps: LTK Consumer App and LTK Creator App

• Our consumer app is used monthly by millions of users. Our exclusive creator app also serves tens of thousands content creators. 
• Our product has been acknowledged for its innovation in influencer marketing, and our iOS app has been featured multiple times on the App Store.
• Our products drive real revenue for retailers and offer life-changing earnings to content creators.

How you will make an impact 

• You'll be responsible for the technical direction, strategy and health of our iOS platform
• You'll ensure that our technology can deliver on the business/product requirements necessary to make LTK successful
• This means working with other leads to set and execute a long-term strategy for iOS, aligning the strategy with other clients where it makes sense and communicating to leadership our current status and path to having a world-class iOS platform
• Develop strong partnerships with product teams to understand and proactively address future technology needs and current developer pain points
• Champion and drive large-scale, cross-functional initiatives that improve the iOS platform
• Act as the ultimate “customer representative” for engineers on iOS including representing needs to leadership and prioritizing projects on the platform teams that ensure high quality features and a world-class developer experience
• Scale your leadership through both direct mentorship and via best practices, processes, training and tools
• Ensure solid technical plans are in place for projects within iOS via direct review or delegation
• Be the technical point of contact for decisions that impact the whole iOS platform and for cross-functional partners like product, marketing, recruiting.
• Technical subject matter expert, who mentors fellow engineers, demonstrates technical experience, and leads teams in solving challenging problems.

What you will bring to LTK 

• 10+ years of software development in mobile development
• Experience with architecting and designing highly available/fault tolerant, transaction processing systems and operating complex services running in the cloud.
• Strong leadership experience. Leading meetings, presenting, technical go to person and cross functional leader.
• A mindset focused on seizing opportunities and moving with urgency

• Adaptability to a dynamic, fast-moving environment
• A growth mindset and openness to feedback
• BS/MS in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience integrating 3rd party API's (REST, OAuth, JSONP).
• Experience with developing and deploying with AWS tools and systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to both technical and non-technical audiences.
