Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Proof of concept, pilot and deploy transformative network services – hardware, cloud, and software, against corporate IT and product architecture needs.

• Design business enabling solutions in alignment with short-mid-long term business objectives.

• Expert design documentation skills that create easily digestible high-level and low-level engineering Visio diagrams for technical consumption across engineering and operations teams.

• Partner with InfoSec, Network Engineering, DevOps, Product teams, and Vendors to valuate next generation technology.

• Expert level working experience writing up business cases that illustrate capital and operational expenditure needs for network solutions.

• Partner with management and strategic sourcing to review vendor provided statement of work documents’ (terms and conditions) and recommend revisions based on business objectives and desired outcomes

• Collaborate as technical lead with the project management office (PMO) to clearly communicate costs, level of effort and business impact of proposed network solutions.

• Ability to document conceptual ideas and technical high-level documents into Microsoft PowerPoint for executive consumption

• Thought leader that will serve as an in-house architectural sounding board to peers within engineering and network security domains.

• Design and engineer against global business needs for on-premises and cloud cyber security needs towards zero-trust access (ZTA) objectives.

• Develop operational runbooks and facilitate knowledge transfer of new designs and solutions with engineering and operational peers.
