We’re looking for a Sr Partner Marketing Manager to drive alignment and execution within the Technology & Channel partner ecosystem at ExtraHop. In this highly visible role, you will be instrumental in collaborating with our business development, services and channel organizations to build and execute priority initiatives to drive demand for ExtraHop’s Network & Cloud Detection and Response as well as Network Performance Management products & services.
This position requires an understanding of security, SaaS, and cloud/IT infrastructure markets as well as B2B partner relationships and integrations. The ideal candidate will identify partner needs, work with internal business development, channel sales & SE’s, product marketing, enablement and global campaign leads and other stakeholders to develop and drive initiatives focused on the unique value that ExtraHop provides.Â
This role encompasses development of joint value propositions, messaging, collateral creation, and execution of joint marketing programs, partner collateral, enablement and evolving partner portalÂ
Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate ExtraHop’s position to technology and channel partners.
- Prioritize and coordinate strategy for technology/integration partner engagement.
- Develop strategy for channel enablement, metrics and KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal team on how best to leverage and implement MDF programs. Â
- Drive the usage of, and improvements to, the partner portal.
- Create sales tools and training:
- Communicate the joint value proposition of ExtraHop’s products to the partner and channel teams.
- Create joint customer collateral with support from the partner/channel team to document
application stories for key target customers and train the direct and partner teams on the
concepts. - Develop compelling content in collaboration with internal stakeholders that will help
drive partner/channel engagement and thought leadership. - Help conceive and develop innovative marketing programs that drive demand.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of product marketing experience with B2B technology companies
- Experience in cybersecurity areas and security buyer personas
- Solid understanding of cloud, IT infrastructure, and related buyer personas
- Experience working with field, channel, business development and partner teams
- Experience in marketing to enterprises, service providers and channel partners
- Experience developing and executing integrated marketing plans
- Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-
functional teams, and third party agencies - Excellent presentation skills
- Willing to travel 20% (US travel)
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Prior experience in B2B enterprise technology marketing
- Technical aptitude coupled with an enthusiasm for technology and the ability to translate
this into compelling narratives - Passion for analyzing products, customers, and market dynamics
- Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to create exceptional content
and comfortably engage with sales, customers, and partners - Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet
deadlines - MBA is a plus.
