This is a Principal PM Manager role responsible for establishing vision and delivering great experiences to meet the needs of frontline workers. This is a people manager role in which you will serve as the model of product management excellence and cross-organizational collaboration and influence. You will work directly with internal and external partners and customers to deeply understand market insight and data, use that to craft product features and roadmaps, and deliver outcomes that enable Microsoft's world-class sales field to meet the needs of our top customers.
This role provides hybrid work flexibility with 50% work from home, and 50% on-site work at Microsoft's Redmond campus.
Qualifications:
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product management shipping multiple products
- OR equivalent experience.
- 5+ years experience working in the UX / UI spaces.
- 2+ years experience as a manager or team lead, mentoring and developing others.
- Ability to prioritize, create order and organize resources towards achieving a common goal
- Experience working across a range of teams that are both technical and non-technical - i.e. engineering, sales, marketing, finance etc.

Responsibilities:
- Regularly assess the current state of industries and market landscape to determine both short term and long term strategy for Frontline Comms
- Craft end-to-end product experiences to enable seamless scenarios for our customers, working across organization and division boundaries to influence and shape feature investments to enable these experiences
- Own delivery of product features and communication plan on product roadmap and status to partner teams within Microsoft, field partners and customers
- Work across disciplines to ensure execution of strategy and product delivery including making pivot decisions
- Represent Microsoft at key industry events and executive customer meetings
- Partner directly with key customer accounts and account teams to close and grow the M365 businesses
- Act as a people manager- building and cultivating a motivated, diverse and ethical team
