M365 Experimentation and Configuration Service (ECS) is part of M365 Delivery Platform group and is within the large organization of M365 family of services and applications.
ECS is key to powering M365 services and apps releasing safely and upholding the trust of our customers. Through ECS, our customers can intentionally, safely release changes and do controlled experimentation on our experiences to maximize our end-users' experience.
Does working on a highly impactful, scalable platform system that empowers the entire suite of M365 products and touches on every M365 code, feature and offering to all Office users across the planet sound exciting to you? The day- to-day job of the ECS team is provide core mechanisms that let M365 product teams deliver on their goals to make every experience better. Every time someone conducts a Microsoft Teams conversation, receives intelligence on sync on OneDrive or simply launches any of the Office applications, ECS is involved.
Furthermore, ECS is collaborating with teams across M365 and Microsoft to combine our capabilities in these areas to give teams across MS the powerful features needed to deliver new, compelling experiences for our users.

• Join a team that is highly customer-focused for developer experience and agility while providing safe rollout to our end customers.
• Strategize, plan and execute from idealization to release & adoption.
• Drive business requirements, customer use case, definition and vision creation for our product through Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
• Generate insights from various data sources for use in creation, evangelization, measurement of the vision and articulating those insights and conclusions
• Developing a clear What and the Why to motivate engineers through detailed requirements specification.
• Strategic partner management and alignment
• collaborate with our partners to create synergy and alignment with key partners.
• Mentor junior team members in the team.
• Have fun while growing the product, customer base and your career with a growth mindset

QualificationsRequired Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience.• 8+ years of experience in shipping products in a Product Manager, Program Manager, or Engineering capacity.
Preferred Qualifications• Proven taking ambiguous problems to ideation to release and adoption • Deep technical experience with shipping and or change management for online services and managing changes to cloud services• Experience in building products for diverse customer base towards a unified solution.
