As a Principal Product Manager, PLG, you will help to build a new PLG motion within our company focusing on acquiring customers for our PRO products through an in app self purchasing experience. Your role will require defining a clear strategy and GTM on what education, activation, conversion and scaling look like for PLG and how best to execute on that. You will have a broad impact across the whole company, collaborating with product, sales, onboarding, engineering, design, marketing and data to name just a few.

Principal Product Manager, Product Led Growth "PLG"
As a Principal Product Manager, PLG, you will help to build a new PLG motion within our company focusing on acquiring customers for our PRO products through an in app self purchasing experience. Your role will require defining a clear strategy and GTM on what education, activation, conversion and scaling look like for PLG and how best to execute on that. You will have a broad impact across the whole company, collaborating with product, sales, onboarding, engineering, design, marketing and data to name just a few.
What you'll do:
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders on defining and executing vision for PLG motion
  • Define, build and continually improve delightful PLG customer journey product experience including discover, engage, convert and scale phase
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and customer success, to prioritize and deliver product improvements that drive growth
  • Lead the development and execution of the product growth strategy with an agile team, including identifying and prioritizing growth opportunities, building prioritized roadmap and defining metrics to measure success
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that inform product decisions and inform the product roadmap
  • Develop and implementing strategies to drive PRO products adoption, usage and retention, such as ROI simulators, pricing and packaging structure, in-app onboarding, customer success initiatives, and cross-selling opportunities
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align growth efforts and ensure a seamless customer experience

What you'll need:
  • 6+ years experience in a product management role with strong track record of shipping new products and features
  • 4-year degree from a top university, MBA or related graduate degree strongly preferred
  • 5-8 year minimum prior experience with SaaS B2B products as well as B2C ecommerce experience
  • Significant experience building or implementing self-service solutions such as purchasing flows, package upgrading and canceling mechanisms
  • Strong product design background and a passion for building simple user interfaces that delight users
  • Data-driven: your decisions and your successes are based on quantifiable impact
  • Self-starter that thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with the demonstrated capacity to lead, motivate and work well with others
  • Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role is between $137,000 - $196,000. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
