Principal Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead all aspects of a program’s product management, including coordinating activities across multiple product teams, ensuring that the right solution is being delivered at the right time, and increasing quality, customer satisfaction, and improved user experience
• Develop and maintain stakeholder and customer relationships 
• Communicate with stakeholders any changes to program scope and timelines in a timely manner
• Utilize influential skills to identify and deliver customer vision and drive multiple products to successful outcomes, with the ability to shape customer success outcomes and metrics
• Serve as a trusted partner and advise customers on strategic vision and direction
• Oversee the products, ensuring compliance, timeliness, and that the solution meets both the customers and users need within a highly complex environment
• Identify issues and conflicts while problem solving solutions, strategically turning barriers into opportunities
• Partner with other discipline leads at Bellese to identify and drive organic and new growth opportunities
• Translate legislation and policy into product deliverables
• Identify risks and implement mitigation techniques in a timely manner 
• Guide product teams, currently consisting of 20 individuals, to success by driving product strategy and implementing product best practices
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence within the team while promoting an inclusive, collaborative, and positive team culture
• Collaborate with Engineering Managers to align team activities with product vision and business goals
• Drive efficient processes and standards to enable team success and maintain high product standards
• Participate in resource planning and recruitment activities to scale the team as necessary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• 10+ years of senior product experience
• 5+ years experience managing teams of 10 or more product managers
• Healthcare technology exposure
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills
• Customer facing experience, preferred but not required
