You'll work directly with the senior leadership of the team and broader organization, as well as products across the M365 family, to define strategic new opportunities for the platform, build buy-in across organizations, and help guide execution as your ideas are translated into platform reality. This requires understanding both the broad landscape of end customers for M365, and the specific needs of internal product lines, to spot opportunities for innovation on the platform and the internal developer experience.QualificationsKey qualifications:
  • 7+ years' experience in program/product management or software engineering leadership
  • BA/BS in Computer Science, engineering, or related field
  • Customer obsession and empathy
  • Demonstrated visual, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • A track record of successfully driving mission critical projects with cross-company and/or cross-industry stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, a strong work ethic
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in ambiguous environments
Additional qualifications:
  • MBA and/or a graduate (MS, PhD) degree in computer science, engineering, math, or a related field
  • Experience with big data or machine learning technologies
  • Experience as a software engineer or an engineering manager
  • Experience designing and building large scale cloud services
