Skillsoft is seeking Principal Sales Compensation Support to design administer and monitor sales compensation plans that align with business objectives. This role will manage quota-setting processes validate incentive calculations and provide actionable insights to optimize compensation strategies while ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement sales compensation plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation of plan rules eligibility criteria and payout structures.
- Communicate plan details and provide training to stakeholders.
- Support annual and quarterly quota-setting processes and ongoing management.
- Manage compensation workflows respond to inquiries and provide timely updates to senior executives.
- Oversee commission deliverables to ensure timely and accurate payouts.
- Ensure adherence to governance policies and audit requirements.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership on attainment payouts and trends.
- Maintain account and territory assignment details.
Skills & Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance Economics or related field (Advanced degree preferred).
- 4–6 years of experience in sales operations finance operations or related fields.
- Advanced analytical skills with expertise in Excel for budgeting and planning and ability to consolidate data from multiple systems.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com including navigating standard/custom objects reports dashboards and Einstein Analytics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- FP&A or financial modeling experience.
- Familiarity with Tableau Power BI or other BI tools.
- Experience with incentive management platforms (e.g. Xactly) is a plus.

Target base salary range for this job requisition is anticipated to be approximately $105000 - $125000 annually.
