We are seeking a Principal Software Engineer to join our team. This position can be located near our corporate office in MA or remote.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and implement full-stack enterprise software systems in an agile scrum environment.
• Technical lead and mentor for developers in the team.
• Perform code-review for peer developers in the team and help develop unit tests.
• Assist with, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues.
• Help inform and guide development best practices within the engineering team.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline .
• 10+ years of relevant software engineering experience designing and building enterprise applications.
• 8+ years of experience with Java development.
• Experience as technical lead is desired.
• Experience with security certificates is a plus.
• Experience with windows stack (client, server and database) and .Net is a plus.
• Added experience with Java Spring boot, Microsoft SQL Server, Active Directory is a plus.
• Basic understanding of cloud technologies is welcome.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to interact well with both internal teams and external customers and partners.

Working Conditions:

• Indoor office environment.

Physical Requirements:

• This role is regularly required to walk, climb stairs, sit, stand, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone.
