What you’ll do as our Principal Solutions Architect

You’ll collaborate with technologists and leaders across MetroStar and our customer portfolio to elevate our approaches to solving tough technology problems. You’ll also gain a deep understanding of the gaps and opportunities that surround challenges that enable MetroStar to deliver innovative, mission-critical solutions. Together, these efforts will enable you to enhance, scale, and evolve MetroStar’s technology posture – positioning us for the future.

What we’re looking for (must have):

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a relevant field
• 6+ years of software development tools and methodologies experience
• 5+ years of experience consulting for and presenting to high profile customers (GovCon experience preferred)
• 3+ years of experience designing, delivering, and iterating on product roadmaps in close collaboration with business and technical teams
• Experience providing direct leadership and mentorship to team members
• Experience writing and developing white papers, win themes, and differentiators

Who you’ll work with:

You’ll serve as a member of our growth team to design, evolve, and experiment on an array of solution approaches. Those solutions will span our core capabilities and are rooted in our DesignOps approach based on best practices in Human-Centered Design. As a Principal Solutions Architect, you’ll collaborate with MetroStar’s senior leadership team, program delivery teams, and our Client Solutions Group.
