We are seeking a Principal Specialist, Talent Acquisition Operations to join our Corporate RTX team. This role will report to the RTX Associate Director, Global Talent Acquisition.

The salary range for this role is $70,000.00 to $152,000.00; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.

We are seeking a Principal Specialist, Talent Acquisition Operations to join our Corporate RTX team. This role will report to the RTX Associate Director, Global Talent Acquisition.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key partner to Business Unit TA, People Services, Digital, Supply Chain and Talent CoE work stream leads to deliver forward-leaning, efficient technology that enhances the Recruiter, Candidate and Customer experience at RTX.
- Manage and deliver technology enhancements leading to increased recruiter and hiring manager efficiency with Applicant Tracking tools, Sourcing platforms, Digital/Video interview, Survey, Campus Recruiting, and Market Intelligence applications.
- Deliver on-going and just in time refresher training to optimize technology investments and Recruiter operating methods which consistently support the RTX HR Operating Model.
- Proactively connect to Talent/TA partners across the globe to understand market specific challenges and business priorities for incorporation on Technology roadmap.
- Deliver a level of consultative support and collaborative brainstorming to overcome challenges and enrich recruitment strengths.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across all BUs - driving consistent approach and execution.
- Lead high-visibility project teams accountable for the execution of key Talent Acquisition processes, including workflow, candidate journey/experience, compliance/reporting, and new hire onboarding programming.
- Manage prospective candidate questions, comments, and concerns via the external career site.
- Support the creation of uniform and transparent Talent Acquisition policies and procedures throughout the RTX business enterprise.
Required Qualifications:
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
- Minimum 5 years progressively responsible experience in Talent Acquisition at a large global corporation
- HR Technology experience including Workday Recruiting (ATS)
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Customer service orientation.
- Highly motivated self-starter comfortable leading, influencing and innovating
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the company and externally with a variety of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated capability as a project manager, successfully managing and delivering simultaneously on multiple projects; able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority, persuade and negotiate at all levels.
- Successful experience with creating and delivering presentations to senior audiences.
- Ability to travel domestically 10% to 30% of the time and flexibility to attend occasional events/meetings on evenings and weekends.
- Must be a US Citizen/ US Person 'Green Card' holder.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Undergraduate Degree in Human Resources Business or related field, or Advanced, post-graduate degree
- Practical knowledge and experience with change & communication principles
- Knowledge base in CRMs, AI/bots, digital interviewing, analytics dashboards, surveys, career sites, etcetera
- Experience managing a variety of vendors
