Seeq is looking for an experienced and people-focused talent development professional who can lead and help scale our talent development programs. As the Principal, Talent Development Partner at Seeq, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our workforce by designing and implementing innovative talent development strategies. This position requires a visionary professional who’s passionate about creating learning opportunities that enhance employee capabilities and drive organizational success. 

In this role, you will collaborate with all levels at Seeq to identify focused areas and establish programs that foster professional growth, ensuring that Seeq remains at the forefront of industry talent. You will leverage your expertise in learning and development to create a dynamic environment where employees can thrive and contribute to both their growth and our mission. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive talent development programs that align individual and organizational goals. 
  • Create and lead programs and initiatives to develop and empower employees at all levels, including leadership development, coaching, and mentoring programs. 
  • Design and implement innovative and engaging learning experiences that align with the organization's goals and priorities. 
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skills gaps and development opportunities within teams. 
  • Collaborate with department leaders to create tailored learning paths and resources to support professional growth. 
  • Develop and facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs that enhance employee performance. 
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of development initiatives through metrics and feedback, continuously refining programs to meet evolving needs. 
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning and improvement across the organization. 
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on talent development best practices and strategies. 
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends in talent development and incorporate innovative practices into our programs. 
  • Act as a thought leader and advocate for talent development and learning across the organization. 
Requirements
  • 110+ years of experience in talent development, learning, and development, or related fields, preferably in a technology or software environment. 
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and best practices in talent development. 
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training and development programs. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organization. 
  • Demonstrated ability to identify skill gaps and create actionable development plans. 
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms is a plus. 
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and report on the effectiveness of development initiatives. 
  • Ability to develop strong relationships and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
