Principal Technical Program Manager
Job Description
The AI Empowerment team is well on its way to create this breakthrough product in long-term partnership with a handful of the largest enterprises globally. The product harvests, creates and harnesses a diverse range of AI models and automatically makes their output intelligible to humans on demand. Our product design point is to help people make sense of information buried in mountains of documents, conversations, photos, videos, 2D and 3D scans, molecular and genetic representations, and emerging device and sensor signals.
We're looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager with a strong technical background to work closely with our Applied Science, PM and Engineering teams and drive the development, deployment and adoption of core AI models and related experiences.Responsibilities
- Drive the development of AI models from inception through to productization at scale
- Drive efficient data pipeline and secure the data access
- Work closely with customers to understand and resolve complex platform issues
- Own deployment, availability, reliability, performance, and escalations for models in customer production environments
- Dive deep into service scale issues, ensure and promote best practices on resiliency and reliability of our services
- Improve the fundamentals of the platform
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
- OR equivalent experience
- 3+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
- Designed and delivered applications that are performant, reliable and secure to enterprises
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Technical knowledge of Azure/AWS cloud architecture and services
- Hands-on experience with Deep Learning frameworks like Tensorflow, PyTorch and Keras, and familiarity with various packages like Scikit-Learn, NumPy and Pandas
- Experience with containers and orchestration technologies like Kubernetes
- Understanding of security, identity management and networking are a strong plus
- Proven track record of collaborative design in an agile team environment
- Excellent at interfacing with customers, and a strong desire to help them succeed
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
