  • Embed emerging technologies, including AI and data, into transformation outcomes

Bring industry expertise to life

  • Leverage industry insight across Resources (energy, utilities, chemicals, natural resources) or Communications, Media & Technology (CMT)
  • Apply industry trends and evolving market dynamics into practical, differentiated technology solutions

Partner with senior clients

  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, guiding critical technology and investment decisions
  • Lead complex engagements as a trusted advisor and deliver measurable outcomes

Drive growth and thought leadership

  • Originate and shape new opportunities in partnership with Accenture’s sales teams
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and build long-term client relationships
  • Contribute to thought leadership, publishing white paper insights on technology disruption and M&A

Lead and grow high-performing teams

  • Mentor and develop consultants, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing culture

What we’re looking for

Experience

  • 15+ years’ experience in technology strategy and M&A
  • Proven background in consulting or advisory environments, engaging at executive level
  • Experience in Resources or CMT industries (other relevant sectors also considered)

Functional expertise

  • Technology strategy in M&A, IT operating models, and tech cost optimisation
  • Technology considerations across the M&A lifecycle
  • Deep exposure to data, AI or digital transformation programs, and ability to work with new frontier models

Leadership and impact

  • Track record of leading complex, cross-functional programs
  • Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercial mindset with experience in business development and deal shaping
  • Proven ability to develop and contribute to thought leadership, including published white papers and industry insights

Qualifications

  • MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
  • Certifications in cloud, AI, or program management advantageous

What sets you apart
