The Process & Document Specialist should exhibit strong writing and research skills, excellent attention to detail and time management while working both independently and collaboratively. Provide multi-functional operations for product documentation including creation/maintenance of technical manuals. Perform standard document management assignments and processes. We are looking for a strong team member who is a self-motivated multitasker, follows through on tasks, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities of the Process & Documentation Specialist:
  • Work closely with managers to provide feedback to continuously improve document management technology and workflow
  • Work closely with business partners and other team members across regions to improve efficiency of documentation management-related initiatives
  • Modify and maintain tools to support operations and business process creation using Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint, Excel and Access capabilities
  • Identify areas with gaps and recommend or implement process improvements
  • Interacting with the managers across the department to resolve any concerns with process and documentation
  • Proactively stay up to date on internal and external changes in process
  • Work closely with training teams to acquire and improve training documentation access
  • Act as a subject matter authorities for policies and procedures.

Basic Qualifications of the Process & Documentation Specialist:
  • Outstanding database, spreadsheet, and document generation experience.
  • High degree of proficiency in PC/MAC operation, including spreadsheet and word processing. Experience in database software programs
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and assertiveness, the ability to plan and handle work in an efficient manner, and the ability to work well under stress and time pressures.
  • High degree of proficiency in PC operation, including spreadsheet and word processing
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office

What we offer:
Salary is only one component of the Amplify Total Rewards package, which includes a lucrative 401(k) plan, incentive stock options, competitive health insurance and mental health options, basic life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and access to best-in-class development programs. The gross salary range for this role is $69,000 - $79,000.
