Product Analyst

This role will focus on supporting key customers leading client-facing interactions, optimization and client support requests of Metasearch campaigns with key Metasearch partners (e.g. Google, TripAdvisor, Trivago, Kayak, etc.) and help drive direct bookings for hotels.

Main responsibilities include:

Specific accountabilities

• Assist in performing client performance reviews and developing client analyses
• Partner with other Demand Services team members on client requests
• Assist in retention efforts with Metasearch customers
• Educate client-facing teams through detailed communication and trainings on new metasearch developments and insights
• Lead commercial team and client request responses and escalations for the International division
• Provide support to sales on Metasearch opportunities with international customers

Relevant Work Experience

• Has 1-3 years of work experience in a client-facing or corporate environment
• Experience in Metasearch, Digital Media, B2B sales and hospitality strongly preferred /
  Great inter-personal/client facing and presentation skills
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Speaks English (Spanish a +)
• Shows Passion for ecommerce, travel and marketing
• Is a fast learner and adaptable
