Product Analyst - Remote

We are looking for an enthusiastic Product Analyst for our growing team who will be responsible for ensuring the ongoing viability of feature sets and applications related to Donnelley Financial Solution’s ArcSuite products. You will become a key player, responsible for the planning and execution of the product strategy, working closely with engineering, QA, customer success and operations groups to ensure our team’s goals are met on time and with high quality.

The Product analyst will work closely with business partners and engineers to drive day-to-day deliverables and execute strategic direction. Duties include, but are not limited to: 
 

• Serve as product expert, understand user workflow; and work with engineering to deliver on commitments
• Manage backlog to ensure the readiness of user stories for the upcoming sprint and create clear and actionable acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with engineering to prioritize enhancements, new features, and defect handling
• Monitor performance of features and continually iterate for a better client experience
• Analyzes data to ensure features are aligned with product goals/objectives
• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders regarding business needs, application features, and updates
• Demonstrated experience in successfully launching SaaS solutions to a B2B market 

• Bachelor’s degree in business or technology
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or relevant experience
• Excellent written, verbal, web, and face-to-face communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage and prioritize multiple competing initiatives
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies, ceremonies, and software
• Experience working with Azure DevOps, Jira or a similar requirements Management platform.
• Desire for continuous improvement and Team oriented 
• Experience in gathering and understanding complex data in order to inform future product decisions

• Strong understanding of application integration and API connectivity
• Backgrounds in any of the following areas are a significant plus:
