As a Senior Product Designer for MaestroQA, you'll design elegant, intuitive software that improves Customer Experience team workflows for some of the largest brands in the world . You will work alongside product managers and engineers to discover and analyze insights from users, iteratively refine and usability test your designs, and ensure that the right solution is built to meet the needs of the customer.
Designing a great user experience requires someone that is a strong communicator and facilitator to extract the best ideas. At MaestroQA we expect a humble yet confident approach to design.

Things you might work on....
- Simplifying complex workflows used to grade, analyze, and improve the performance of hundreds of Customer Experience associates across thousands of support tickets.
- An analytics suite that puts data at the fingertips of our users so that they can understand insights without ever having to ask a question.
- An AI-driven approach to prioritizing the most important content to review, so that MaestroQA users can quickly identify business insights and make substantive improvements to their own organizations.
We're looking for people with...
- 5+ years of experience as a product designer for software with a record of successfully conducting product discovery, and iterating on solution prototypes.
- 3+ years of experience designing the software UI of enterprise-level B2B or B2C applications that support users who are performing complex workflows.
- 3+ years experience as an embedded designer in cross-functional teams successfully taking your early concepts through to released products.
- Holder of a degree or certification in design, human-computer interaction, software engineering; or have equivalent training in product design and user experience principles and methods.
- Owner of an online portfolio that represents your (non-confidential) work including an example of a product design flow.
Even Better If You...
- Have experience using Figma.
- Have experience in designing user interfaces for reporting and analytics.
- Have experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript and related coding frameworks
- Work independently yet collaboratively, are a self-starter, and take proactive ownership of projects and tasks.
- Leverage established best practices where relevant, but can customize or invent new approaches when needed.
- Enjoy meeting users of your products to discover insights and refine your designs.
- Demonstrate exceptional craftsmanship in your design deliverables
- Demonstrate exceptional verbal, visual, and written communication skills.
