Role Mission: LeagueApps is seeking a results-driven and empathic Product Designer to join our expanding product design team. You’ll work alongside product managers and engineers to define and deliver features centered around our youth sports management platform and end-user member mobile products for player management and communication. 

By engaging in discovery, design, and delivery across multi-functional teams, you will dig into user problems and create mobile and desktop experiences that truly offer valuable and life-changing experiences for our youth sports partners and community. You’ll be joining a company making the shift to a growth-stage product-focused organization.

What You’ll Do:

• Be a passionate and highly collaborative designer who can advance product design experience by being a systematic thinker and promote unified design.
• Design with a high level of detail for interactions that create seamless and intuitive experiences on mobile and desktop applications
• Be customer-obsessed with your design practice continually asking “why” and be a student of actionable empathy for our customer’s challenges. 
• Develop, produce, and iterate at various levels of fidelity and interactivity on: wireframes, clickable prototypes for mobile and application experiences 
• Partner with our users and stakeholders to test concepts, synthesize feedback and translate research findings into tangible product improvements throughout the design life cycle.
• Embrace ambiguity and drive clarity by facilitating UX discussion and workshops that deepen understanding of user journeys and ecosystems to support developing and designing impactful youth sport products
• Work cross-functionally with product managers, engineering, and marketing, customer success, and sales in a highly collaborative environment
• Participate in design reviews to share your work with leadership and relevant stakeholders.
• Strong presentation skills that show you are an articulate and effective communicator of ideas, design decisions and solutions that contribute to a effective teamwork environment
• Cultivate a deep knowledge of, and contribute to, design assets and pattern libraries for Design System coordinating with other product designers, engineers and product teams to ensure forward-thinking, future-proof and fast delivery of product experience and design 

Who You Are:

• 3+ years of creating intuitive solutions in product design
• Experience designing for native mobile and web 
• A willingness and ability to produce multiple design concepts quickly
• Driven to make an impact through exceptional visual and interaction design
• Experience creating information architecture and user flows to produce intuitive user interfaces. 
• Ability to work autonomously, managing and working on multiple projects concurrently
• Experience in contributing to and maintaining design systems.
• Experience working with product management and engineering teams to deliver features to market, ideally in an agile environment.
• Expertise in Sketch or Figma. Adept with Figma is preferred.
• Ideally, design experience with both B2B and B2C
• A portfolio showcasing your foundation in product design, mobile app design and demonstrates your competence in directly contributing to initiatives and features that benefits the user

Compensation & Benefits: 

• Compensation: $106,250- $156,250

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes benefits, and other opportunities at LeagueApps. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal pay parity relative to other LeagueApps employees. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at LeagueApps to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors
