- Working closely with our engineering and product teams on everything from quick wins to delighting our customers to big new features that change the game.
- Ownership and agency over your domain with the expectation that you are a phenomenal communicator, motivating everyone to stay on the same page.
- Customer experience is one of our core values. Your collaboration with partners will define end-to-end solutions. This includes customer journeys, drafting lo-fidelity wireframes, and lightweight prototypes to give examples to the problem space.
- You'll work with the design team to elevate our visual language across the entire product. This includes everything from our suite of applications to all the way down to the components in our design system.
- Motivating us to level-up our design processes to identify emerging opportunities and prioritizing ongoing improvements to the product.
- You have a strong portfolio of product design work that highlights your approach to defining problems/solutions and displays your visual design skills.
- Clear interpersonal skills and experience collaborating cross-functionally with partners.
- Confidence in taking your sketches and wires and turning them into high fidelity prototypes and designs.
- Proficient with Figma and are able to work within a larger design system to keep the product feeling consistent across all surfaces.
- Huge plus but not required, experience working in a product design role for at least 5 years
