Product Designer, FormSwift

Dropbox recently acquired FormSwift, a forms and legal documents management platform. In this role, you will launch and iterate on our FormSwift + Dropbox integration, a key initiative at the company in 2023 and beyond. 

We’re already well-known for a UX that makes getting documents signed incredibly easy. You are committed to helping us maintain this ease of use while our product evolves and innovative new features are added. 

• Execute and lead design strategy for the FormSwift + Dropbox integration (primary) and the FormSwift standalone product (secondary). You will translate user needs and business objectives into designs that help our customers get the job done.
• Collaborate with Design Researchers, Content Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to research and validate designs and ideas. You actively align partners on the most impactful experiences while balancing viability, feasibility, desirability.
• Balance intuition and data to drive your design decisions. You are comfortable extracting answers from your past experience, gaining insights from analytics, and contributing to research studies.
• Proactively improve FormSwift design practice in process, quality, and culture. Participate in critiques and give feedback to others.
• Push design quality by contributing to Dropbox design systems and collaborating with Product & Engineers to ship quality experiences.

• 4+ years of experience in a Product or UX Design role
• You have experience building experiences with some complexity 
• You have excellent communication skills and are comfortable having discussions with users and aligning cross-functional partners.
• You have a deep understanding of best practices and contemporary design patterns.
