Product Designer - SEO/SEM Acquisition

Work/Project Scope:

• Craft elegant flexible and user-friendly designs tailored for various device types emphasizing SEO and SEM best practices and designing for conversion.

• Lead projects through the entire design process from research and ideation to strategy information architecture interaction design testing and launch.

• Collaborate closely with SEO specialists user researchers product managers data scientists machine learning experts developers content writers and fellow designers to tackle design challenges and generate innovative ideas.

• Be curious. Learn about our two-sided marketplace build empathy for our users' needs advocate for them and deliver impactful experiences that connect solving their problems to business strategy.

• Emphasize quality and attention to detail in all aspects of product design ensuring the creation of engaging and trustworthy user experiences.

• Effectively communicate design concepts and ideas to cross-functional teams from initial strategy to final design assets.

• Work collaboratively with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs providing high-fidelity UI and UX specifications.

• Contribute to the growth and enhancement of our design team through constructive critiques and knowledge sharing.

Must-Have Requirements:

• ~3 years of experience in product design or UX with a proven track record of leading end-to-end UX design and development for multiple successful applications.

• Previous experience designing landing pages and customer acquisition experiences with a strong understanding of SEO and SEM design best practices.

• Experience in quickly iterating on A/B tests for winning designs at the top of the funnel.

• Ability to showcase case studies that demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and impressive design solutions that address user needs while driving business outcomes.

• Proficiency in leveraging data and quantitative research methodologies to inform decision-making throughout the product design lifecycle.

• Demonstrated work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality designs that resonate with users.

• Growth mindset with a willingness to tackle new challenges and continuously improve both personally and professionally.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of the challenges associated with designing cross-platform web and mobile experiences.
