What you will do:

• Conduct user research to understand target audiences, their needs, and pain points
• Utilize insights to inform design decisions
• Develop and maintain information architecture, user flows, and sitemaps to ensure efficient navigation and content organization
• Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts effectively
• Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that align with our brand guidelines and meet the needs of our target users
• Plan, conduct, and analyze usability testing to gather feedback and make data-driven design improvements

What you will bring to Coupa:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field: Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a similar discipline
• Proven experience as a UX Designer with a portfolio of relevant work
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools: Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and usability best practices
