Job Description: This Operations/Collaboration Engineer - Product Innovation is a pivotal role in the research and development of digital tools, processes, and experiences, the ideal candidate is a problem-solver who is motivated to learn new technologies, communicate ideas and knowledge, and collaborate with teammates. He/she/they need to be able to work with ambiguity and abstract requirements, developing features quickly, balancing speed with quality.

Working on multiple projects, this role is for a generalist with experience with multiple technologies and/or domains, and is unattached to a particular language, platform, or tool. The candidate must also understand the importance of protecting Client's intellectual property and highly confidential data.

Responsibilities:
You will work day-to-day with the team's Technical Product Manager, engineers, and Digital Innovators on projects to achieve business objectives. You will engage with other Global Technology functions and teams on organizational and technical goals.

Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering,
Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
Design, develop and implement solutions for cloud-based services (Miro, Office365, Box, AirTable, etc)
Create and extend custom .JAVA based applications.
Experience building solutions for SharePoint Online
Build technical documentation
Knowledge of cloud infrastructures (AWS, AZURE, etc)
Some JavaScript/React experience is a plus
Excellent communication skills, both technical and business-facing.
Demonstrated experience of working with a multidisciplinary team while also being able to work independently.
A track record working with ambiguity and getting things done in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
