Product Growth Intern

We are looking for an exceptional Product Growth Intern to join our growing team (Product-Led Growth). In this role, you will come up with strategies to improve the user experience on key channels like our product blog and email campaigns, as well as help to bring these ideas to life. You will be joining a team that develops user experiences and user journeys, engages users through in-product guides, documentation, blog content and much more, to help customers grow from novice users to intermediate users to Workato gurus.

You will also be responsible to:

• Research, brainstorm and ideate on new ways to improve the user experience for key channels like our product blog and email

• Work closely with designers, agencies, and the data team to bring ideas to life

• Propose, test, and iterate through experiments to improve the user journey

• Analyze results and create insights and recommendations for future actions

• Drive user growth through increased engagement

• Set-up and optimize user campaigns

• Basic understanding of Web Development (HTML, Javascript, CSS)

• Preferably majoring in communication studies / marketing / web development

• Excellent communication skills and strong ability to collaborate with others throughout the company, sometimes across international time zones

• Able to work independently and efficiently to hit short deadlines

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to juggle multiple projects simultaneously

• Thoughtful team player, a quick learner, and have a “can do” attitude with a growth mindset
