Product Lead

Your Role

As a Product Lead at InDebted you’ll be accountable for the effective execution of one segment of the Product Strategy and contribute to the ongoing evolution of the Product Strategy with a particular focus on your product area.

You will build and maintain the Product Roadmap that most-effectively delivers the strategy by way of deep and continuous engagement with stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Roadmap : Define and constantly refine Product Roadmap(s) to deliver on the Product Strategy for one or more Product Development teams while managing all stakeholders’ competing interests.

Planning : Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders across the business to:

Prioritise and sequence delivery to ensure we’re delivering the strategy in the most effective way.

Develop and refine solution designs. Help engineers to clarify and document Product Requirements.

Delivery : Coordinate across departments to ensure that all the moving parts are managed so that the released product features can fulfil their potential.

Strategy : Work with R&D Leadership and the Senior Management Team to develop update and maintain the Product Strategy.

Evangelise : Champion the impact of R&D work by creating monitoring and sharing metrics that show the impact of the execution of the Product Strategy.

You can use all the tools at your disposal to find answers yourself. . A data-informed approach will help you in this role.
