Product Lead

As the Product Lead focused on Pay, you will manage a high performing team of Product Managers dedicated to transforming the way restaurateurs pay their employees. You will shape our product strategy for Pay and lead your swarm of four product managers to execute on that strategy, overseeing how their squads collectively drive forward our product goals, and ensuring they have the context, skills, resources, and alignment needed to be successful.

What you’ll do:

• Manage a team of high-performing product managers to meet the dynamic needs of a hyper-growth company
• Lead the strategy development across your swarm, ensuring that the problems solved by each individual squad clearly ladder up to our broader product goals and strategy
• Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across the org to support the success of your swarm
• Actively coach and develop PMs based on their individual needs, supporting their career growth and maintaining a high bar for performance 
• Support a strong product practice and ensure we have the right processes in place to enable cross functional squads to collaborate effectively to drive impact

What you bring:

• Past experience as a Product Manager as well as experience directly managing PMs
• A track record of bringing out the best in others and enabling them to do their most impactful work
• Strong relationship building capabilities and the ability to work cross-functionally
• The ability to break down complex concepts so that they’re simple, clear, and human
• Experience in tech companies where customer insights and deep data analysis are key
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a bias toward action

It’d be even cooler if you had:

• Knowledge of restaurant operations
• Fintech experience
• Background in user research, data, engineering or design
