CommScope Small Cell and Tower Steel business is looking to add a Product Line Manager to support our product portfolio. This role will allow you to work remotely from anywhere in the US.
How You'll Help Us Connect the World.
Reporting to our Director of Product Line Management, this role is responsible for managing a diverse set of products under our Small Cell and Tower Steel product lines as well as related business management.
Here, you will maintain and build the business, enthusiastically articulating plans to customers and senior management, and crafting and driving to achieve market share objectives through product development.
You will also develop product definitions including price, cost and performance objectives, reliability and functional features, manufacturability, and life cycle forecasts. Including using sales channels to distribute products to targeted markets/customers. Come connect your future!

For candidates located in the states that require compensation listed in the job description, the anticipated salary range dependent on experience and qualifications is $113,500 - $147,000.

Required Qualifications for Consideration:
- 8+ years of product management experience.
- Familiarity with technologies and business dynamics associated with Small Cell, Wireless Steel products, and direct experience in those fields.
- Validated experience in conducting primary and secondary market research, developing market strategies and segmentation, preparing competitive analysis, positioning, and differentiating products in the market.
- The ability to quickly build new relationships, navigate complex organizations and influence multiple partners.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills - verbal and written - able to capture relevant information and optimally document and articulate findings to all levels of an organization.
You Will Excite Us If You Have:
- A completed Bachelor's Degree.
- Previous experience working in the engineering or manufacturing industry.
