Product Management Intern (Product Led Growth)

We are looking for an exceptional Product Management Intern to join our growing team (Product-Led Growth). In this role, you will be creating engaging content for feature discovery, in-context guides, and education for Workato users. You will be joining a team that develops user experiences and user journeys. Engagement users through in-product guides, documentation, blog content and much more, to help customers grow from novice users to intermediate users to Workato gurus.

 You will also be responsible to:

• Craft custom experiences for each user journey

• Design, test, and iterate through experiments to improve the user journey and aid their learning

• Monitor, capture, and study user behavior 

• Collect, analyze, and present user interest in feature roadmap items

• Analyze and study user segments to identify key user journeys milestones

• Create data-driven analytics and insights for future actions

• Drive user growth through increased engagement, expanding types of automation, and learning more about Workato features

[This is a 6+ month internship. The opportunity to transit into a permanent, full-time position may be offered to you depending on your work performance amongst other factors.]

• Basic understanding of Web Development (HTML, Javascript, CSS)

• Basic knowledge of Automation and Integration

• Ability to articulate a vision or direction for each piece, and come with ideas based on the brief given

• Excellent communication skills and strong ability to collaborate with others throughout the company, sometimes across international time zones

• Able to work independently and efficiently to hit short deadlines

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to juggle multiple projects simultaneously 

• Thoughtful team player, a quick learner, and have a “can do” attitude with a growth mindset
