Product Management Leader, FedRAMP

We are hiring a Senior Product Manager, FedRAMP to own and manage our product development efforts of our FedRAMP SaaS products. This Senior Product Manager will define what we need to build, organize the plan, and then lead us there. 

Required

• US Citizen based in the United States
• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS products
• Familiarity with current SaaS and public cloud technologies (AWS, Azure)
• General knowledge of U.S. Government Authorization to Operate (ATO) processes
• Specific experience with the FedRAMP authorization process, compliance frameworks, regulations, certifications, and security controls 
• Working experience in managing FedRAMP authorized products, familiarity with FedRAMP Continuous Monitoring process, risk assessment and remediation management
• Data-Driven / Market Analysis
• Collaboration and coordination across teams
• Detailed-oriented, project management skills
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision

Bonus

• Working experience in launching products for the Federal government, State, Local, and High-Education
• Industry certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC)
• Security Clearance
• Previous working experience in the software industry applying standards such as FIPS, FedRAMP, NIST 800-171, STIGs, DoD IL4 and IL5

• As the Product Owner manage and coordinate the product development efforts of our FedRAMP authorized SaaS products for the Federal  Government market
• Conduct market research and analysis, analyze FedRAMP controls and compliance specifications, define and execute the product strategy in the FedRAMP authorized solution and Government market.
• Gather vertical-specific customer requirements, define and prioritize product roadmap and enhancements based on customer feedback, market needs, and regulatory compliance controls.
• Manage the FedRAMP authorization process, working closely with IT Security, Engineering and Operations to ensure the product is current with regulatory requirements and certification.
• Partner with R&D teams such as software development, infrastructure engineering and operations to deliver product features, leverage KPIs to track and measure product success. 
• Organize, execute and report on FedRAMP product roadmap delivery progress across engineering and operations teams.
• Engage with cross-functional teams such as sales and marketing to support product go-to-market activities and drive product adoption.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to establish and grow necessary business and operational processes to support the scale and growth of our FedRAMP business.

This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will work out of our Englewood Cliffs, NJ office to maximize collaboration and interaction with the business. Travel may be required.
