As a Product Manager on the MMD team, you will get an amazing opportunity to shape the overall product strategy, as well as influence product improvements in Windows, Office, Intune, and other Microsoft 365 products and services. You will work closely with experts and key customers to both develop the right solution, and to learn through live site deployments. Finally, you will be part of the team designing new capabilities to greatly expand the scope and capabilities of the offering to meet the rapid expansion of our customer base. You will be part of a small, agile team working with experienced engineers that will behave more like a startup team. Team members will do what is necessary to design and establish the offering and help customers and partners be successful.ResponsibilitiesThe goal of our product is to delight users and free up IT. There are several unique differentiators in our products that we want to demonstrate to customers. We aspire to deliver IT as a service to our customers to not only free up their time but so that we deliver an amazing Microsoft solution. Our customers are committed to the full Microsoft M365+Devices story, and it's our job to bring it altogether for them in a way that not only reduces costs, but importantly brings to their organization the very best of Microsoft. Your job is to help define the vision and roadmap for MMD and be one of the leaders to drive the deliverables and execution within the broader MMD team.QualificationsBasic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Science or other technical field
  • 3+ years of product management experience and shipping products
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ambitious, self-motivated
  • Excellent track record of shipping and cross group collaboration
  • Experience working on OS, software and services or similarly deep technological areas
  • Experience with remotely measuring end user device experience
  • Fluency in data and analytics
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and presentation skills
