Identity and Network Access at Microsoft delivers secure access for all of Microsoft's customers, developers, and end users across all of Microsoft's cloud services. In this role, you will imagine, define, and drive delivery of features that help our customers manage and secure access to applications and user accounts by creating APIs and tools that empower developers. You will collaborate with engineering and other disciplines to define and deliver modern, standards-based solutions with user friendly experiences that work with today's modern developer libraries. You will work closely with developers to deeply understand their needs and use insights to prioritize and design features to prioritize work and create the product roadmap and use data and insights to improve the product.

3+ years of experience leading products from conception to delivery.
3+ years experience listening to customers and stakeholders to understand their requirements and translating requirements into product and feature specifications
3+ years experience multi discipline collaboration with engineering and design teams in product or program management capacity
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, human computer interaction, user research or related industry experience.
Preferred qualifications:
2+ years experience defining new software features and tools.
2+ years previous experience in product management or software delivery in a commercial environment.
2+ years prior experience with or expertise in identity or security related technology.
Familiarity with modern software libraries and tools used by developers.
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
