Product Manager 2

Microsoft Purview platform team is looking for a strong, experienced, energetic and hands on Product Manager to deliver on our regulatory compliance commitments.

Microsoft Purview Platform team's charter is to deliver a reliable, secure, and compliant foundational layer to enable consistent delivery of Purview solutions to customers across multiple environments.
We are looking for a strong product manager who is passionate about creating a compliant platform to meet new and existing regulatory commitments (like SOC, FedRAMP, GDPR).ResponsibilitiesDevelop deep understanding of the various audit controls and platform processes required to meet these controls and become the "Compliance Champ" for the organization.
Build strong partnerships across engineering organization to guide engineers build right controls in their new features that meets all existing regulations.
Partner with the Trust and Audit teams to gather their asks and build a comprehensive execution plan to deliver required inputs to complete Audits on time.
Driving product strategy to define, create or onboard to engineering processes to create a robust process that ensure "continuous compliance".

• BS in Computer Science/Engineering/Mathematics or related areas
• 4 + years of experience in Product Management
• 2 + years of experience building large scale services spread across multiple feature teams (Ex Working with 5 + engineering teams)
• Experience working across multiple feature teams to develop common solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

• An understanding of Microsoft Security technologies
• Subject Matter Expertise in Security, Compliance, and Management including the compliance aspects of managed services.
• Deep knowledge of compliance certifications (ISO, SOC, FedRAMP, HIPAA, DFARS)
