Product Manager

At Litify, our product managers execute the roadmap and provide detailed requirements and direction for the engineering and UX teams. The product manager is responsible for creating tickets with functional requirements,  acceptance criteria and partnering with their strategic lead to ensure all requirements and use cases are met. Product Managers are also responsible for working with the engineering team to make sure the work is executed to specifications and delivered within our release framework. 

In this role, you’ll:

• Work alongside the strategic leader to produce a detailed product roadmap and turn it into functional work
• Meet with the engineering team daily to make sure the team has what they need to execute work and remove any roadmap blockers or ambiguity
• Review sprint work against acceptance criteria and work with QA to ensure proper testing criteria is met
• Work closely with UX to assist with customer research and requirements gathering
• Have the pulse on tech debt, bugs and key customer asks and work to add them to releases
• Work closely with our customer success team and customer support team to deeply understand and address user needs

To be successful, you have/are:

• Previous working experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager for 2-3 year(s)
• In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles 
• Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Creative thinker with a vision
