Job Description
Position Summary
The Product Manager is responsible for driving the development, market launch, and continual support and improvement of Lirio’s products, including managing the product roadmap, orchestrating the product life cycle, and assuring product delivery within tight deadlines. In addition, the product manager enables partnerships among clients, business, and technical personnel; leads efforts around product/market fit for solutions in Lirio’s vertical channels, including providers, payers, self-insured employers; and serves as lead product owner for key Lirio initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Product Strategy
- Envisions and delivers focused market product strategies, sets development priorities (roadmap), and works with development and external product partners to create and maintain product functionality
- Acts as a product solution and strategy leader while using existing business knowledge experts to guide product strategy, delivery, and decision-making processes
- Determines customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information
- Monitors market and policy changes to determine impact and opportunity for Lirio’s solutions
- Appraises new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes
- Product Management
- Work with executives, squad leaders and members of the Factory to determine technical design, align resources, and deliver product features
- Supports business development, client success, and strategic partnerships by helping to identify customer problems and solutioning how Lirio’s product can address their needs
- Coordinates/collaborates across the Factory to drive holistic solution (services, support) with proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Product Owner
- Lead product owner on key initiatives across multiple squads and factory leaders to ensure product delivery is timely and provides value to our customers
- Translate product ideas and vision into actionable work for squads, including use cases, workflows, epics, stories, tasks, and product wireframes
- Scope projects/initiatives and work across multiple teams to ensure timely delivery and raise any potential delays to leadership
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-5 years of experience
- Experience with Healthcare Industry stakeholder, payers, and providers with Healthcare IT
- Experience leading new product development, launch, and support
- Experience with Product Market Analysis (experience with identifying customer needs, pain points, and requirements and translating that data into an effective product solution)
- Experience with presenting to large audiences (20 or more individuals to include Customers and Senior Level Executives)
- Previous startup experience, preferably in a rapid, high growth environment
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Innovative thinker
- Technical Product Manager Experience preferred
