As our product manager, you are taking on one of the most important jobs in the company: shaping and defining our product. Your main mission is to shape Lumos into a truly differentiated product in the identity space that users love and cannot live without. That's why you will work hand-in-hand with the CEO and create a powerful product for our customers.

• User Research: Be the brain behind our data from sales conversations, qualitative discovery process, customer feedback and product usage.
• Product Strategy: Distill the Lumos vision into a compelling roadmap, prioritizing features and ensuring that the next milestone contains the most relevant items to customers, users, and Lumos to reach true differentiation in the IGA market.
• Product Development: Own and manage product development from concept, to design, beta testing, deployment and support for new features and products in the IGA space.
• User Engagement: Be close to data insights and enable companies to adopt Lumos quickly, engage with it and start loving it so much so they become true fans of Lumos.
• Team Leadership. Motivate and engage the engineering and design teams. Celebrate wins, question the status quo, and enable the team to do their best work to align the efforts of the team with the mission and vision of Lumos.

Instead of focusing on what people need to have, we focus on what people need to do.
