• Own the roadmap for our data pipeline and product offerings  to help make creative recommendations to expand its functionality and reliability 
• Manage all lifecycle stages for our data products, including new features, engineering improvements, and internal tooling from ideation through sunset, with responsibility for ensuring that deliverables are understood and releases are delivered on time
• Learn about Structured Finance and it’s participants, terminology, and mechanics. You will have an exclusive view into how messy data can be transformed to enable our customers to generate actionable insights. 
• Serve as an in-house expert for our pipelineby becoming the go-to person for all functional issues and ensuring our data quality and processes are top notch
• Work with our data and analytics teams to help scale our data pipeline, ; identify growth opportunities across core KPIs; measure the impact of our improvements, and translate your findings into reports analyzing product usage and the reliability of our pipeline. 
• Act as liaison between wide range of internal and external clients, including Sales, Operations, Data QA, Data Platform , and Account Management & Support.

• Proven ability to develop a long term product vision and break it down into a path of enhancement steps. Experience with Agile methodology preferred
• 3-5 years experience as a product manager. You've developed a product vision, built a roadmap, and led teams that have brought products from conception to launch
• Experienced in product analytics and using quantitative and qualitative data to drive product decisions. Experience with Tableau, PowerBI, R, SQL are a plus
• Technical software understanding beyond buzzwords. Possess strong skills in communication,  documentation, and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Strong business acumen and the ability to keep a finger on the pulse of a rapidly evolving business. Fintech and/or mortgage related experience are a plus
• Strong plus for experience working with data products and/or with data engineering teams. 

In good faith our salary range for this role is $120,000 - $130,000 but are not tied to it. Final offer amount will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by multiple factors, including years and depth of experience, expertise, and other business considerations.
