Product Manager, AI/ML
About the Team
Zoom's Product Data & AI team is focused on the ZoomIQ product, a conversation intelligence platform that provides sales insights to help businesses drive revenue. This team of product managers works cross-functionally with UX/Design, Engineering and ML, and sales/marketing teams to enhance the product with analytics, coaching models, integrations, and conversation insights.
About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager with experience building machine learning to deliver the next generation of collaboration products. This role is on a new product team that will be exploring green field opportunities, building exciting new conversation intelligence products and features that will establish Zoom's presence as a leader in ML and AI. Responsibilities include:

• Discover and execute on Zoom's existing product line where machine learning can unlock massive value for end users, managing the product life cycle from discovery to prioritization and execution.
• Represent the voice of the customer for a variety of segments and persona to build products targeting specific use cases.
• Manage stakeholders and coordinate efforts throughout the business to balance level-of-effort, risk, and opportunity size in order to prioritize product portfolio.
• Determine scope with a deliberation for end-user value, using an experimental method to evaluate hypotheses about product and feature value.
• Develop methods to build inclusive ML products that deliver value across Zoom's diverse user base.

About You
Basic Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience building software-as-a-service, data science, or analytics products.
• Business and technical savvy, along with the ability to articulate a business case at the executive level, harnessing data to drive decisions.
• Background in Machine Learning, Speech recognition, Natural Language Processing, or Artificial Intelligence and high comfort level for data and analytics.
• Ability to demonstrate creative problem solving, thoughtful product scoping, and flexibility in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience in working in an agile environment with engineers and designers, including story mapping, grooming, and feature prioritization.
• Aptitude for collaborating cross-functionally to drive and deliver solutions from ideation through go-to-market.

Preferred Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree / coursework in related domains (CS, ML, AI, NLP, etc.).
• Customer/user-facing experience collecting product feedback or conducting research.
• Ability to write basic queries in SQL.
• Direct Experience with products in the NLP/ Conversation Intelligence space

Colorado Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$82,080.00 USD
Maximum :
$151,830.00 USD
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed, Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration base salary, bonus and equity value. Information about Zoom's benefits is here . Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
