Product Manager (Analyst)

We are looking for a Product Manager (Analyst) who will collaborate with Senior Product and Analytics leaders to conduct in-depth analyses, identify growth and optimization opportunities for the business, and provide reports and recommendations to various audiences, including senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with Product and Analytics leaders to conduct in-depth analyses and deliver actionable insights that drive tangible business impact.

- Have a strong idea of what metrics you want to measure and how to measure them

- Dive into vast amounts of internal and external data to identify growth and optimization opportunities for the business.

- Package and communicate your findings and recommendations to a wide audience, including senior leadership.

- Perform ‘Descriptive — Prescriptive’analysis.

- Shaping business, functional, non-functional, and technical requirements to improve the data infrastructure quality.

-Internal and external reporting accountability.

Specialist skills and experience:

- 2+ years experience with product analytics in Sportsbook B2C/B2B/ financial domains.

- Proficiency in analysis and business modeling.

- Strong Data & Reporting professional – Previous experience with establishing Data & Reporting capabilities, Analytics Functions or similar

- Hands-on experience with qualitative, quantitative, cohort, and retrospective analysis.

- Proficiency with SQL

- Proficiency with data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Power BI).

- Hands-on experience with the ETL tools.

- English proficiency (B2+).

Desirable:

- Experience in implementing product metrics and relevant tracking infrastructure.

- Esports domain interest.

- Hands-on experience with the ‘data-driven storytelling’ approach.

- Python programming experience.

- Experience with Data Science.
