Product Manager, CRE Platform

Essential Functions & Job Duties
- Partners with the VP, Product Management to define product strategy and roadmaps for our advisor and client products
- Leads the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users, technology, and commercial real estate lifecycle
- Prioritizes and maintains the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of business stakeholders and users
- Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks
- Work with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and customer success
- Works with user-focused departments to define the self-service user experience, support, and monitoring for customers
- Collaborates with the Director, Marketing Technology to develop go-to-market plans and marketing strategy
- Perform post-launch reviews on product launches to determine launch success and future iterations needed to improve product performance
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of product management and development experience
- Established background in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams and high degree of proficiency in prototyping, iterative development, understanding of Agile principles
- Experience in commercial real estate with an understanding of the CRE lifecycle and demonstrated knowledge within the CRETech / PropTech product groups.
- Experience successfully driving end-to-end delivery of data and intelligence solutions, including a wide variety of mechanisms, e.g. dashboards, APIs, real time alerts, etc.
- Demonstrated, proven experience of situations where you learned and understood a client's business domain previously unfamiliar to you
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate closely with product stakeholders and users Agile / Scrum experience including running sprint grooming and planning meetings
- Experience with product lifecycle management methodologies and with using tools such as Jira and Aha! to generate formal product roadmaps
- Experience identifying and describing product backlog
- Experience establishing priority of backlog stories
- Experience using XD, Figma, Sketch, Balsamiq, and other modern collaborative design tools
Bonus Skills & Experience
- Technical degree and / or experience preferred
Travel
This position requires minimal overnight travel and is primarily within the US.
