We seek a Product Manager - Donor Management & Engagement to join our virtual team to lead the creation and successful adoption of Donor Management and Engagement Features for our Giving Partners through our SaaS B2B product offerings. If you’re someone who is relentless in driving revenue goals through delightful product experiences, enjoy bringing great user experiences to life and obsesses over the minutiae of UX details, and satisfying every customer makes you tick; in addition, you have a passion to lead the creation and successful adoption of Donor Management and Engagement Features for our Giving Partners through our SaaS B2B product offerings, and the challenge of scaling product success at a high performing Fintech-for-Good company sounds exciting, we would love to connect with you! Our Giving Partners are the non-profits and places of worship that champion various causes our donors connect, engage and do more good with.     

You’ll get to:  

  • Own the product vision, articulate the business justification, revenue and cost projections, impact to brand. 
  • Prioritize the roll out and adoption of products and features.  
  • Be a champion of Customer Satisfaction. 
  • Develop KPIS and metrics around product adoption, customer satisfaction and customer success. Ensure we plan to measure and achieve them.
  • Drive the financial success of products and experiences. 
  • Uncover opportunities for your customers by regularly interacting with them and diving into analytic data to observe how customers are behaving. 
  • Evaluate if your solutions have been successful in addressing the need through quantitative and qualitative means, from testing early prototypes to full release. 
  • Collaborate with product marketing to ensure successful product awareness, launch and adoption of new features or improvements. 
  • Ensure Customer Success, Customer Support is enabled and prepared for launches, ongoing support, etc.  
  • Collaborate, lead, and inspire a multi-disciplinary team to do their best work and produce imaginative yet salient solutions to the customer’s problems or needs. 
  • Regularly present product roadmaps, business and launch plans to executive leadership.  
  • Serve as an ambassador for Givelify’s B2B product offerings through press briefings and customer visits. 

You should bring mad skills & experience:

  • Bachelor’s (MS / PhD preferred) Degree. 
  • 5 plus years product management experience in SaaS, B2B fields. 
  • Proven track record of building SaaS products with strong UI/UX. 
  • Good storyteller and communicator, you can persuade or inspire others by telling compelling stories and comfortable making decisions that go against consensus with good rationale or reasons behind them. 
  • Proven oral and written communication skills.

  • Proficient in running in-depth interviews with customers to uncover latent needs.
  • Possess an experimenter’s mindset.
  • Experience using analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude or Google Analytics.
  • Human centered design or design thinking.
  • Ability to leverage user research, jobs to be done, journeys, personas, stories and feedback.
