The Lattice Product team is on a mission to help our customers build cultures where employees and their companies thrive. What You Will Do

Our program is designed to help you gain experience in as many facets of the product management craft as possible and to get hands-on experience with building and shipping products. You’ll have the opportunity to drive meaningful initiatives forward that serve the needs of HR and executive leaders, as well as managers and employees at companies across the world. 

Some things you may do as part of your internship: 

  • Define a product strategy or initiative that addresses a meaningful problem the business faces 
  • Conduct customer research and synthesize customer feedback to identify pain points and deeply understand their problems
  • Work with design and engineering partners to build delightful products that empower customers to use our products 
  • Work with GTM teams to understand the market and release new features
  • You will work 
What You Will Bring to the Table 
  • A strong desire to work in tech, ideally at a B2B SaaS company
  • A commitment to the 12 week, 40hrs a week Internship
  • Enrolled in a full-time Bachelors or Postgraduate program such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration, Analytics or a related technical field.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and with high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Work collaboratively and build strong relationships with different cross-functional partners
  • A high degree of empathy towards Lattice’s customers and your own teammates
