Product Manager, Network

About The Role

Headway connects patients with high-quality providers, building a new mental healthcare system accessible for all. As we scale our mission and our provider network, we’re looking for a data-minded product manager to build the foundational system in which we assess, maintain, and drive marketplace dynamics to ensure the best outcomes on our platform.

As the product manager for our Network team, your immediate focus will be to define and build a new system from the ground up to ensure marketplace health on Headway through our provider network. Longer-term, your team will also be responsible for leveraging our understanding of our network to better match patients and providers to drive clinical outcomes. This role will be truly platform and marketplace-wide; you’ll work extremely cross-functionally at Headway with our engineering, data science, ML, clinical strategy, provider growth, network ops, and marketplace growth teams.

What you’ll do at Headway

• Develop a vision, strategy, and roadmap to kick off a new charter at Headway
• Design and build a system to drive outcomes of our network while balancing all sides of our marketplace
• Partner with our comms, growth, & marketing teams to craft how we communicate our new system to ensure marketplace health with our providers

You’ll be great for this role if you:

• You have 5+ years of relevant work experience in product, data, or product analytics building data-driven products
• You love navigating through ambiguity in brand new territory on problems that affect multiple different types of users
• You break through walls to drive outcomes - you can quickly unblock yourself and are biased toward action
• You know how to understand data and leverage it (without getting stuck in analysis paralysis). Bonus if you have past experience working in data science, data analytics, and / or product analytics.
