Job Description
Leaders in our market globally, we develop, deliver and implement a Transaction Screening software solution (Firco Continuity) helping largest payment processing organizations prevent the financial system from being used for unlawful and criminal purposes.
Identified as a critical system for our clients (primarily international banks), Firco Continuity screens transactions in real time, and identifies all potential attempts to bypass sanctions and anti-financing of terrorism programs, raising alerts to stop suspicious transactions.
We are currently growing our Product Management practice in order to best address the fast growth of our sector and best serve current and future customers with state-of-the-art features and technology.
In this role you will join, and become a key contributor to the Product Management / UX team (mostly based in Paris, France), responsible for defining and executing the software product strategy and roadmap. We design and build the next generation software in close collaboration with our clients and our technology team, then release out new features to market with our market planning, pre-sales, sales, marketing, and professional services departments.
Role and Responsibilities
This role is part of the 'Transaction and Alert Management' team, responsible for areas of the Firco Continuity software where alerted transactions get circulated through the solution to be automatically and manually reviewed.
In particular you will own the expertise around Payments / Transactions formats such as SWIFT, FEDWIREand prioritize the roadmap for Firco Continuity V5.

As a Product Manager of this team, you will
- Own the expertise around payment / transaction formats
- Be the internal primary point of contact for payment / transaction formats
- Interface with key payment networks to identify updates
- Analyse and communicate impacts of payment / transaction formats updates with internal teams and customers
- Own the maintenance of Firco Continuity V5 under the leadership of the Lead Product Manager
- Support the rollout of new product releases
- Collect and prioritize product improvements, aligning with other Product Managers
- Engage customers and internal customer-facing teams to prioritize requirements and issues resolution
- Collaborate with Agile teams to finesse the design, plan and delivery of the product roadmap at high level.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from inception through to delivery, maintenance and sunset.
- Be able to present these to various audiences, external and internal with adequate communication style.
- At detail level: own, write and maintain EPICS and Features items under the PM realm in our JIRA system - detailing expected requirements and solution, including expected value and key acceptance criteria.
- At detail level : work with PO and tech squads, ensuring that quality user stories and documentation are produced - and manage life cycle of JIRA items until validation / approval of final deliverables.

Experience
- Minimum experience of 1-3 years as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, Information System Consultant or Project Manager
- Experience interacting with client users and decision makers, technology teams and other internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Past experience in the FinTech/RegTech space is a plus
